Shifting is considered as glitching and I never do it, I usually crouch

I don't use Specialists in Quarantine Regen Mode. I am CBL clean.

Shifting then crouching is still Shifting. Shifting just means delaying your attack. Your delaying your attack and then crouching. Result: Same Thing.
