Well, im reapplying because last time, Harris and Tae said im only applying to QE because i didnt make it to OLB. Thats not true. I wanted to join QE because it reminded me as a living relic of the past. And for the OLB part, i didnt get denied, i asked Shad, back when he was still an admin, to close my app. Hope that clear any confusion ._.
