Hey, thanks for taking the time to apply here. If you can, I recommend applying on QuarantineMode.com
You'll be able to find the requirements as well as the applications section under QuarantineElite after you click on the Forums tab in the homepage.

You wrote earlier that you had your honor medals. Please check to see if you have 10k slays, 15k infects, and 7.5k survivals. You will also need to rank up to LTC+. This is because the requirements have changed.
