I know how to get the music back. They did it with my montage, Copy Right, but its easy to fix. (very easy).

Wasnt a montage, just a video showing me running a couple rounds. When i Make a montage it will be perfect, i just dont have the time atm. Thanks for the advice though.

Ya just ask if you get your song blocked when you upload it. after about 5-15 minutes it says songs copy righted but its easy to fix, and its intent.
