Mutagen- is it worth it?

I haven't used it yet but it increases speed for humans by 3% and ammo by 25%.
Does the 25% effect nades?
Does it take up a weapon slot?

It gives you one more RPG, one more nade of that class, 25% more ammo for your pistol....so basically if you had the typical set up of 2 black nades, frag pack and mines, you would now have 4 black nades, 2 frag packs (4 default nades), 4 mines, and 4 RPGs. It's REALLY OP...please don't use it Blixy. Use your QE skills instead. :\
